My stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites was quite a mixed bag. The room was nice and clean, with comfortable beds, but the customer service left much to be desired. I encountered several issues, like the fact that our room was never serviced, and I had to go personally to the front desk to get fresh towels. Overall, while there were some positives, my experience fell short of my expectations.
